Register for a room at College Campus
We work with a waiting list. You can join the waiting list by filling in your details using the button below.

For the upcoming academic year, we are almost fully booked and only a few rooms are still expected to become available. This means the chances of getting a room are quite limited. However, we still encourage you to sign up — you never know! As rooms become available, we contact students based on their registration date.

If you are looking for a room for the following academic year, you are also welcome to register already. Please mention this in the comments section of your application, and we will place your name on the waiting list for next year.

If you have received an email from us that we are starting the rental process, you can now submit your room preference and the necessary documents to reserve your room for upcoming academic year.

Room preference:

Check out the floorplan for our most current availability 540 & 542

Determine your preference, top 3, in terms of room size, type and building. Enter these along with your personal data on the registration form. Keep in mind that multiple students are looking at the same floor plan at the same time. If none of your top 3 are still available, we will let you know so you can choose again. If a room from your top 3 is still available, we will take that option for you after we receive your complete registration and documents as ask below.

Documents to be submitted:

• Registration card. You need to fill in the registration card with your personal data & room top-3
• • • • Download your: Registration Card
• If you receive a parental contribution to pay your rent we need a guarantee statement signed by (one of) your parents or guardians.
  • • • Download your: Guarantee Statement
• A photo of yourself for in our file.
• A document of enrolment in a school or university. If you don’t have it yet, no problem then turn it in as soon as you receive it.
• A recent pay slip (if you are working)
• If you receive student grants in any form, a statement that proves that income
• Last but not least we need to know your moving in date / start contract* (Check in). We need this date to prepare your room reservation & rental contract.
  • Keep in mind: Moving is not possible during evening hours and on a weekend. Check in days are: Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.
  • Keep your travel schedule in mind when determining the start of your contract (check in date). This is because this date cannot be brought forward once your contract has been signed.
  • If your check in date does change, please let us know as soon as possible.

If you prefer to send the documents by email, that’s fine too. However please send it in 1 mail and not separate, otherwise we get to many mail from to many students.

Once we have received all the documents and there is a room available from the top-3, we will send you a proposal by mail to reserve this room. (this can take up to three weeks after submitting the documents)

Do you agree with the room …

• Sign the document and mail it to info@collegecampus.nl within 5 days.
• Take care of the payment, within 5 days, after receiving the invoice regarding the deposit of the room. (bank details can be found in the email)

Note, there are some conditions;

• If we have not received the signed document and payment within 5 days, the option and therefore the reservation will be cancelled.
• The reservation can be cancelled up to 6 weeks before the start of the rental period, then we only charge an administration fee of € 150,- which will be deducted from the refund of the deposit.
• If you cancel within those 6 weeks, a refund of the deposit is not possible.

After receiving the signed reservation document and the payment of the deposit, we will prepare the contract. Please note that this may take several weeks. If you haven’t received a contract 6 weeks before your rental start date, please contact us.

Then you will receive an e-mail with your contract & house rules for you to read carefully. When you agree you need to sign the contract & house rules and send the signed documents back to us. At this time you will receive also your last invoices witch needs te be paid prior to your moving in date. For more information about these, please see the next step; Payment.

With your contract & house rules you will receive the following invoices:

The total amount can only be transferred through online banking and needs to be paid 14 days prior your moving in date . If we did not receive the payment at your check-in we will postpone this until the payment has been done.

Don’t forget to let us know what time you will arrive on your moving in day!
